What happens at my first visit?
We’ll discuss your symptoms and goals, review your health history, perform an examination, and explain the next steps. Treatment may be provided when appropriate.
What should I bring and wear?
Complete your intake forms and bring your medication list, relevant reports, and insurance information if applicable. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move.
Your Care Options.
Do I have to get an adjustment?
No. Tell Dr. Prieto your preferences and concerns. We’ll discuss appropriate options, benefits, risks, and alternatives before you decide.
How do you choose my treatment?
Your history, examination, and goals guide recommendations. Options may include chiropractic care, soft tissue work, exercise, focused shockwave, laser or red light therapy, or nonsurgical spinal decompression when appropriate.
Payment & Insurance.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Contact us with your plan details so we can verify benefits. Coverage varies, and noncovered services are billed separately.
Can I pay without insurance?
Yes. We accept cash and card, including HSA/FSA cards. Ask for current pricing before your visit. Eligibility depends on your plan.
Do you accept auto accident cases on a lien?
Yes, when appropriate. Contact us to discuss your case and the lien terms before booking.

Which appointment should I book?
If you’re new to our office, choose an initial visit. If you’re unsure which service fits, call or text 323.317.4771. We can help you choose the right starting point.
Do I need to book ahead?
Yes. Visits are by appointment. Book online or contact the office for availability and help changing an appointment.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition, goals, and response to care. Dr. Prieto will explain the recommended schedule and reassess your progress.
Is spinal decompression right for me?
An evaluation comes first. We’ll review your symptoms, health history, and relevant reports to discuss whether it’s an appropriate option.
