Headaches have different causes, and not every headache starts in the neck. We’ll review your headache pattern, health history, medications, and previous care. Dr. Prieto assesses neck movement and relevant nerve findings when appropriate. We’ll explain whether care here fits your situation or recommend medical evaluation. New, changing, or worsening headaches need medical attention.

When neck symptoms are part of the picture, care may include guided exercise, mobility work, workstation changes, and soft tissue treatment. Chiropractic care may be discussed when appropriate. Questions Before You Book?
Can chiropractic care help every headache?
No. Headaches have different causes. Care for associated neck problems may be appropriate, but migraine and other headache conditions may need medical care. We’ll discuss options; an adjustment is not required.
What should I bring to my visit?
Bring your medication list, prior diagnoses, and any relevant reports. A diary of headache timing, symptoms, and possible triggers can help guide the discussion.
When should I seek emergency care?
Call 911 for a sudden, extremely severe headache, or a headache with new weakness, trouble speaking, confusion, seizure, or loss of vision. Headache with fever and a stiff neck, or after a significant head injury, needs emergency assessment.
