What Is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial release targets the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles.
When this tissue becomes tight, restricted, or overloaded, it can affect movement quality, flexibility, and how your body feels day to day.
This therapy is designed to:
-
Improve tissue mobility
-
Reduce restrictions in soft tissue
-
Support better movement patterns
-
Help the body recover from daily stress and activity

Gentle myofascial release to the suboccipital muscles at the base of the skull, helping release deep tension and improve soft tissue mobility to support headache relief, reduce neck strain, and restore a sense of ease through the upper neck and head region.

Cupping therapy with strategically placed cups along the back to create gentle suction, helping increase local circulation, release tight fascia and muscle tension, and promote overall relaxation and recovery in the treated areas.

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) to the shoulder, using specialized tools to gently release tight fascia, break down adhesions, and improve soft tissue mobility, helping restore smooth, pain-free shoulder movement and function.
